Go to the employee record and switch to the Leave tab.
If you’ve not yet recorded any leave for the employee, then you’ll be told how many days they have remaining.
Once you start to record leave, the remaining days show differently.
The allowance only reduces when adding leave with the type of Holiday.
Rather than the total number of days holiday you take, the number of days the allowance decreases is dependent on how many working days you lose.
Days that count as working days are dependent on the Working Pattern for the employee.
You can view the holiday allowances for all employees at once from the Reports section.
