All emails that are sent on your behalf are logged so that you can confirm they’ve been sent or diagnose any problems.
To view the logs click your employer name in the main menu and go to Settings -> Mail Logs
All emails that we’ve attempted to send are listed here.
You can click on any entry to view the content of the email and any attachments.
If there was a problem sending the email then the details of the error will be shown here.
Once you’ve attempted to resolve the issue you can chose to re-send them email by clicking on it and then clicking the re-send email button.
