All emails that are sent on your behalf are logged so that you can confirm they are sent or diagnose any problems.
To view an email log, click your employer name in the main menu, and choose Settings > Mail Logs.
All emails that we’ve attempted to send are listed here.
You can click on any entry to view the content of the email and any attachments.
If there is a problem sending the email, the error details display here.
Once you’ve attempted to resolve the issue you can choose to re-send the email by clicking on it and then clicking the re-send email button.
