After recording benefits and reporting them to HMRC, you will want to provide your employees with a summary of what’s been reported to assist them with their tax returns.
This report can be accessed in one of two ways.
Via the EXB
If you’ve already created your EXB for submission to HMRC then go to it under the RTI tab.
Expand the employee name and select the button to view the P11D report. This can then be downloaded in PDF format
Via Reports menu
- Click on Reports in the main menu
- From the Statutory section, select P11D
- Search for the employee by starting to type their name and then select them from the resulting drop-down list
- You can now preview the P11D and export it to PDF
